有一塊模板,160個(gè)孔,孔大小3MM,8行20列,行距12.5MM,列距3MM,用螺距10MM的螺桿,三菱伺服MR-J4-40A配伺服馬達,上位機也是三菱的PLC。

伺服驅動(dòng)的脈沖當量通過(guò)電子齒輪設為了2μm,接了INP,定位范圍25,其他I\O接線(xiàn)就只是讓伺服正常工作而已

目前就是上位機給的脈沖數沒(méi)有錯,但伺服馬達總是走多了,有時(shí)候走多零點(diǎn)幾個(gè)毫米,我要求的精度都是5個(gè)絲以?xún)鹊,這樣的位置根本不行,不在孔的中心

白搭。我也調過(guò)位置增益,前饋增益,還有加減時(shí)間,但總是太盲目。有時(shí)候調整參數會(huì )走得少,有時(shí)候走得多。想求教是否需要使用A相B相Z相這些反饋才走的準?
